How questions are going to limbo '?

-My questions don't appear and they're going to LIMBO!

How can I make them appear?It only takes two people to mark a question to be deleted and then it is. If you say something people don't like then they will delete them. Actually if there are people out here you have offended then they might delete your questions with no real reason.Limbo.. like in inception...?
