-not have death penalty, Should he be sent to the Hague for Crimes Against Humanity? We do not have the death penalty, so he faces the strictest prison sentence in the country. As for the Hague, these crimes took place in Norway and we as Norwegians want to handle this on our own. This is a national matter, both for the sake of those who lost their loved ones and who were injured and traumatised, but also due to our justice system and the processes taking place now to interrogate and prosecute the guilty one(s).No, he should not. Norway is more intelligent than that. Because if he is murdered at the hands of the state, it loudly announces that murder is okay if you can find a way to justify it.
Better to lock him up with picture of those murdered children wallpapering his cell so he can remember what a monster he is.
It certainly is not a deterrent. People like this don't think about the consequences. The US, with the death penalty, has a far higher murder rate than those countries that don't have the death penalty.
Of course he should ge the death penalty.
How dumb can people be that they still claim that it is "not a deterrent".
This guy would have been deterred -- he simply gave himself up because he knew he didn't have to wore.
He should be sent to prison for life, European countries don鈥檛 carry out state murder like some of the backwards third world countries still do.
he should be sent as militia to Afghanistan
